◊	Strategized a client’s approach to Brunei's new Licensing framework, Interconnect Framework, 3G licence and Spectrum issues.
◊	Advised a US client on Indonesian telecommunication and broadcasting regulatory environment.
◊	Advised and designed the first voluntary Access Code for the Malaysian Access Forum to self regulate access and interconnect.
◊	Advised and negotiated with the Regulator and the Malaysian Ministry of Energy, Water and Communications for a substantial variation of the NFP and NSP Licences.
◊	Advised the Digital Terrestrial Television Consultancy group on the digitization of Malaysia’s Free-To-Air television services from the analogue to the digital medium.
◊	Advised a Hong Kong operator on the regulatory environment in Malaysia including investment advice and application for relevant CMA licences.
