Strategized a client’s approach to Brunei's new Licensing framework, Interconnect Framework, 3G licence and Spectrum issues.
Advised a US client on Indonesian telecommunication and broadcasting regulatory environment.
Advised and designed the first voluntary Access Code for the Malaysian Access Forum to self regulate access and interconnect.
Advised and negotiated with the Regulator and the Malaysian Ministry of Energy, Water and Communications for a substantial variation of the NFP and NSP Licences.
Advised the Digital Terrestrial Television Consultancy group on the digitization of Malaysia’s Free-To-Air television services from the analogue to the digital medium.
Advised a Hong Kong operator on the regulatory environment in Malaysia including investment advice and application for relevant CMA licences.
